Shipping Policy

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

The cost of shipping is included in your $69 monthly cost. We do not charge any additional fees for getting your parcels to you.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

We will post your first Pamper Parcel within 48 hours of your subscription start date. Each months Parcels will then be shipped on the day after your renewal date of your subscription. For example, if you subscribed on 06/01 your next parcels will be shipped on the 07/02, 07/03 and so on.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY PARCEL?

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries. Parcels are shipped as Express Post so you can expect to receive in line with the following guide:

Metropolitan Deliveries:

1 - 3 Business Days *

Regional / Remote Deliveries:

2 - 4 Business Days *

*Please note these any delays to the above shipping timeframes are due to the Australia Post network and cannot be controlled by our team. 

Returns Policy

WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY PARCEL?

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the contents of your parcel, we will offer either a credit of your next months Parcel or a full refund. 

We do not ask that you send your Parcel back to us but we  do ask that you please provide us with feedback at feedback@pamperparcel.com.au so that we can continue to improve our service. Images of any faulty or damaged items would also be greatly appreciated.
